Thad and Shane from Floor Pro helped my elderly in- laws with replacing floors in their kitchen and bath after water damage. Thad was great to work with. He was always available to answer questions regarding product selection and installation. It was so nice to work with someone who would return your calls in a very timely manner. Daniel who did the actual installation was great. When an issue was noticed after the kitchen installation Daniel and Thad both said they were going to redo it because they wanted everything to be just right. I didn't have to ask them to, they voluntarily said it was the right thing to do. The finished floors look great! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to change your flooring. It was so good to work with a company that really looks out for their customers and wants them to be completely satisfied.
